My mother had ordered a milk shake, and was given a different drink. So when I mentioned it to the lady in the 2nd window through the drive thru, she gave me attitude and said yes because the milk shake machine is down again. I told her, ok but then you could've just notified us so we could choose a different drink." She got mad and said ok then what do you want instead?!" Smh.
