The young man working the serving window needed a recommendation for his professionalism and his ability to explain the boil order which required me to change my order. Tried calling but phone not answered
Every single time regardless of how busy there's always a wait for my drive through order. Fifteen minutes today for two double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. The fries weren't enough fresh. Not once has it been timely. And the soft drinks are disgusting and have a musty funk to them.
Their hours are 24/7 which is a lie because the rest of their hours are 5a-11p. They still make people pull forward all the time, you have to demand ketchup. It’s a waste of time. They don’t offer receipts, obviously. The Matthew’s family that owns this should be ashamed. It’s foul and disgraceful. Expect a 15 minute wait on anything.
ordered a bacon qtr pounder and got two slices of bread and a patty. not even ketchup, much less bacon. I'm so sad
