I went and picked up a Frappe last week. I get home to find a bug in my drink. NASTY!! This McDonalds is horrible. Worst costumer service ever!!! The drive thru time is insane. Literally takes one car until they are all the way through!!!
I will go out of my way to go to any other McDonald's after today. I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes with seven people in line total. When I got to the speaker, I was told they had technically difficulties and I had to go inside to order. I said i had a mobile order and if i should still- and got cut off by the woman taking the order loudly repeat herself. Absolutely terrible staff. They care more about talking to their friends. The place is filthy. Horrible!!!!!!!! I'd fire all of them and start over. Period!
Literally taking one drive through order every 5 minutes as multiple cars leave.
