I remember when we went to McDonald's you get up to the counter you order your food you get it pretty quick, this was a Sunday I went up there about 10:30 see if I can still get breakfast, I had a way to bit to order it, order two big breakfast to go and from that point on I waited 20 minutes, it seems that these restaurants want to just use kiosks, and take care of the drive-thru first, I saw cars that were at the front of the building pick up their food and drive off before we got ours. As someone who has worked management especially at a McDonald's I have not been impressed by the lack of respect the morning shift has over at this store as well as the inability to read the order description on an online order.
Ordered meal through drive thru, using debit card to pay, charged for the wrong meal, told it will take 2-3 days to be refunded, then charged again the correct amount, sat in line for over 15 minutes before getting to window. Pick up my meal pull up and check to make sure it was correct, fries were ice cold! Pull up so cars could exit drive thru, go inside and ask for new fries, staff was polite but of course had no fries, lady with pink hair says staff will bring them right out, sat ANOTHER 10 minutes and have to go back in... read more
