They forgot my bfs drink, my sauce, and didn’t read that my bf wanted light lettuce so they added a lot on his burger. The burgers were a mess. Someone else came in and said they forgot some food in their order as well.

This McDonald’s has gone WAY downhill. Don’t order more than two things. Something will be forgotten. The attitudes of the managers are insane. The owner just allows for any and everything. Never again will I be ordering for here. Only reason I did was my child has been begging for it since we stopped eating it. You guys take money and don’t care to make sure it’s all in order. Ripoff.

Stopped to get simple drinks this morning on the way to Syracuse. My husbands vanilla shake, no problem. My frappe? Ten minutes to make it then they give it to someone at the drive thru. Wait another 10-15 minutes for them to make another one and they give me a caramel frappe when I ordered a mocha. We left and I threw out the frappe. Ridiculous that they can’t tell the difference between the two and I heard the one girl ask the other, multiple times, if she had made the mocha frappe. Never go back to that one again. So I give McDonald's 5 stars all the time but this McDonald's should just close so many things to complain About first of many times after 11pm I have stopped here to get food and was told sorry only one person working we can only cook French fries and soda just close if that's all you can do second every time LIKE not one time have they got my order right always missing food or the wrong food and then if you do get lucky enough to get the right food it looks like a 1 year old made it like a fish sandwich that only has chees... read more
