I regularly visit this location before work around and 9 times out of 10 I am very disappointed in the drive through and curbside wait time. For example this evening I waiting over 40 minutes in the drive through from placing my order to receiving it. All be it the food Is generally fresh the service time is very sub par for a fast food restaurant. The morning staff is awesome but the evening wait times are ridiculous.
I made my order at the machine, I alone but they brought me my order little by little and the happy box never arrived they only gave me the milk and when I went to ask where my WHOLE order was, the girls at the counter talked to me half annoyed as if I was lying that they didn’t give it to me. They really made me feel HORRIBLE.
