Worst McDonald’s ever. Constantly messing up my order, forgetting the sauce, sometimes the ones I PAY EXTRA for, and often giving me half full fries which are usually cold and old. No napkins in the bag, no receipt etc. They’ve forgotten half my order twice. A JOKE. Every single time they mess up the order. The management and communication at this location were very poor and inconsistent. One employee previously offered to sell me the Happy Meal toy separately, but another employee later told me I had to pay the full price of a Happy Meal to receive it. Other locations sell the toy separately for $1.99, so I do not understand why this location has a different policy. Staff should communicate the policy clearly and consistently.
Extremely slow and incompetent service
I habe been here before but the ONLY reason is the PlayPlace. Terribly poor service. Ordered inside on Kiosk as no one, even though they saw me, came to take my order. Waited 15 minutes for the food. Had a number but they did not bring to the table. When I went to look for it it was in the pickup shelf, but the McFlurry we ordered was not there. Fires were cold as was the hamburger. Not clean here and would never recommend anyone choose this place.
