During my visit tonight I witnessed what I’m assuming is the senior manager reprimand an employee in front of other employees as well as customers because she had her name tag in her hat. This was very unprofessional and upsetting. Why does it matter where the name tag is located?
This mcdonalds sucks. Nothing ever works or runs because they never "clean it" just tried getting a coffee and theyre telling everyone the machine hasn't been "cleaned"
They ruined my mood the day before. I bought a medium-sized water for free, didn't even drink it, and bought a large soda cup for $2. The next day, I bought a large water cup because I was really thirsty, but they refused, saying I was filling the medium-sized cup with soda.
