I don't see how the night shift is so poorly ran and the morning crew runs like a well oiled machine...Very upset tonight because I didn't get what I ordered and had to go back

I tend to visit McDonald's alot especially since its near my house. My family and I have had so many problems with this mcdonalds. The employees are rude and have no idea what they are doing. Ive had my mobile order handed out to someone else and then tell me that they cant remake it for me. Just tonight, they couldn't find my mobile number and had me come inside for 30 mins to wait for drinks. My sister had her card either stolen by an employee or given to another customer. Its so aggravating.
