This franchise need to think when there are busy at night so we need to wait more then half an hours or more so when online orders pick up also need to go on line it’s very bad if good management they will allow inside and pick up the order but they are not very bad 😂
Worst McDonald’s in Rockford! Extremely slow service and rude customer service at that. Will never come back.
