Customer service is bad. You walk in nobody acknowledges you. They just leave you standing there like if i was selling instead of them.They are all talking among themselves they wouldjust walkpass me and dont even said anything. Untili i said something . There's a girl on drive thru talking with bad words towards employee . I want to say the manager since she was wearing a different uniform. No wonder customer service is bad.
Make sure you check the size before you pick up your order they always mess up the order and sizes... Rude employees they don't want to admit the mistake that they did with my order.. make sure you are getting the right order before you leave the restaurant

This McDonald's is the worst!! Waited 30 minutes for my breakfast order on the app. The older lady threw a fit because i told her i was missing items in my order and was literally mumbling all this crap under her breath. Which she had to go back and forth 3 times AND she finally gave up and never came back out to give me my items. She was inside helping others! These employees either CAN'T READ OR JUST STRAIGHT UP LAZY! The drive thru is even worse because you either get your bag thrown at you with half the items missing and... read more
