I don't like leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately I am. I maybe buy my kids McDonald's twice a year. Today we went because of a special occasion. Tge employee took my order correctly, but whomever bagged our meal didn't do their simple job right. They don't know how to count. I got a 20 piece nugget. They gave us 18. And they didn't put my fries in the bag. I called to let them know but the phone number doesn't work. I live 15 minutes away. I dont want to drive back for the missing food I paid for.

One of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. You place your order at the kiosk, but they never bring it to you - you have to go ask for it yourself. The ice cream machine is always broken, they're regularly out of soda, and they can't make frappés half the time. Just a consistently disappointing experience.
