It was nice not like Bangor they seem to care about their food and service
Bad service. Bad attitudes. Staff and manager were rude and disrespectful to other customers with a lobby full of customers. Staff was mocking and laughing. Sunday 8/13/23 2:00pm pink hair employee laughed in customers face because they missed their transportation home due to waiting 40 minutes for staff to correct their order. Makes me sad for the Rockland area. The service used to be immaculate. One staff member said to a customer, “I’m clocked out, don’t talk to me.” Baffling. EDIT: Stopped in on 6/4/24. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald’s was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location was suffering from serious management and staffing issues. The lobby was dirty—trash overflowing from bins, sticky floors, and several unclean tables even though the dining room was almost empty.
