Ordered a ranch chicken snack wrap for my son who was recovering from a stomach virus and they gave me the spicy buffalo snack wrap by mistake. My son took one bite and his stomach instantly started hurting again. Called the location for a refund but they don't pick up the phone. Used to come here often after it underwent new ownership but will never come here again.
This place was way too busy for its employee size, often making wrong orders and not even having enough time to listen to your complaints. Either get more employees or this will stay a one star. Average waiting time way too long. Usually it’s fine, but it seems like they made everyone’s meals somewhat wrong. Not a lot of food choices and overall Absolutely not satisfied.
