The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. After waiting 20 minutes for an Iced Caramel Coffee, I had to go up to the counter to ask about it. Only then did the employee go into the kitchen and hand it to me. It was an extremely hot day, which is why I really wanted something cold and refreshing. However, the coffee had no ice at all.
