Unfortunately this is the second time I have bad experience in this particular location. I ordered using their kiosk, total of 3 CHEESEburgers, one of them with everything, double patty. I got back 1 patty burger, ripped apart, tomato literally outside the burger. Very sloppy made, the presentation was horrible. I returned it so they can remake it. Manger was rude. My order was placed wrong, so I was not charged correctly. I was accused of not paying. That I should of had my receipt, mind you I was asked if I wanted it or not. Manager was rude telling me I should of had my receipt. I then showed her my bank account that I did pay. I paid the difference and asked about the inconsistencies in receipt and again in a bad tone tried to explain. At this point I had had enough and told her to give me my food and she got mad. The app saves a lot of money. My wife uses her reward points for Great deals.
Very bad service. I watched a manager lose focus and get side tracked. Poor customer service.
