I think the poor service started when we ordered two dipping sauces, and I asked at the window when we got the food if they were both there and received a “yes, they should be” response. We double checked before we left the window, however, the person who handed us our food, had already closed the window, and I had to wait, flag her down to get the sauce that was missing… My daughter opened her cheeseburger, to find NO cheese!
Went to buy $100 gift card at McDonalds and they said you can only buy gift cards with cash! Are you kidding me? I can buy one at a grocery store with a credit card no problem. I also had a previous issue with this store when we ordered through the app at night. We got to the store and found out they closed early for some maintenance. Great pizza and wings. Plenty games at their arcade, and great fun for the whole family.
Longest drive thru ever not sure if they know what they are doing . I've been waiting 30 min for a simple order. Everyone in line is mad
Rosa is incompetent manager and should be demoted. She didn’t ring my order in right. When I returned with the wrong item she got an attitude. And the item I returned wasn’t even the item that was listed on the receipt.
