Terrible service. The staff are not welcoming at all — no smiles, no basic manners. They don’t include the essentials like utensils or straws unless you specifically ask for them. You shouldn’t have to beg for basic things. The attitude is rude and unprofessional. Worst McDonald’s branch I’ve been to.
Guy running the drive thru spaced out for like 4 minutes and proceeded to repeat my order incorrectly. Then he gave me a Diet Coke instead of the regular coke. I went to the McDonald’s to get that soda and the monopoly piece and when I went to take it off I noticed it was missing. Ruined my evening after a long day at work.
The worst experience when trying to order and the line next to you is flowing and yours hasn’t even said i’ll be right with you to let us know. Very rude employee can’t communicate with drive thru.
Drive thru is not 24 hrs like it says. Guys take 2 hours lunch breaks at nights and tells you to come back at 430
