Went through the drive-thru so no real "atmosphere". I ate my fries on the 30+ drive home with part of a shake. When I git home I had only 3 chocolate chip cookies when I ordered 6. But they did give me 3 BBQ sauce cups. I'd never order those as I don't like BBQ sauce. On the app I looked up how to make a complaint for missing items.
