The food is the same classic taste, but for the price, is it so much to ask for 2 ketchup packets in the bag? I mean, I asked for it, the cashier said ok, but then she went in and didn't come out. I remember when fast food joints would actually give you sauce/ketchup automatically! Let's go back to that! We're paying far more than we used to for the same food, the least you could give us is napkins (which you did and I appreciate) AND sauce!!
