Found a dead spider in my nuggets and manager claims “that couldn’t have possibly been from us, we have monthly inspections”. I never give fast food workers an issue and I know how some “Karen’s”can be. Was very respectful about it. I couldn’t care less about getting a refund for $10 nuggets… Sent a literal image of the spider. In. The. Box. Disgusted and disappointed with the treatment here. If I could give zero stars I would.
I usually walk in, and it takes an average of 30 minutes to get my food. Counter service is not very good, but the drive thru gets most of the attention. When I use the drive thru, it takes between 10-15 minutes.
Been in the Drive thru line for 25 minutes. Sitting in the same spot for 10 minutes.Servers are not helpful and each car is taking 5 minutes to go thru the line not fast food here.
