Got my order wrong twice, then would not give me a straw because he said it was in the bag........the bag that was in my hand and had not pulled into the truck yet? He asked to check my bag as if I was attempting to steal an additional straw. I told him I knew what a straw looked like and opened the bag for him to inspect. He looked disgusted as he was unable to find a straw in the bag either. He begrudgingly handed me a straw, I then told him thanks for not giving me the one behind your ear.
This is for the McDonald’s on Broadway and Sullivan. Idk if he is new seems like I have only seen him recently in the last month or two but his name is Blaine and he is very nice always so pleasant willing to go above and beyond and just actually seems happy to help you unlike some of the other employees that work there. I have 3 kids so I’m at McDonald’s a lot actually every Thursday we get take out and of course my kids always pick McDonald’s and I’m always happy when I seen Blaine bring out our food my 4 year old always a... read more
