Recently renervated and staff is very friendly
I had a frustrating experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru in Hempstead. I was picking up two mobile orders that were placed separately, and when I tried to place my own order, the employee at the window told me I couldn’t. When I asked for a manager, the employee laughed at me. The manager came over and was also aggressive, insisting that I still couldn’t order. I ended up walking inside and placing that very same order without any issue. There’s no reason customers should be treated this way or denied service like that.

Burger are burnt on one side. At 11:45 am. Like the grill was set on night And meat pushed down flat. Is the manager managing the food going out. How do you serve something like this. A quarter pounder. Too late to go back. And if I go back the cold frappe I bought will now get warm for waiting for another burger.
