Everytime I come to this McDonalds to get ice cream after 9PM they claim their ice cream machine is broken. As someone who used to work in fast food I know that there is no way the machine is broken everyday they just do not want to have to clean machine late. It is very frustrating and horrible customer service.
Today, I was trying to buy coffee at the drive-thru, and the employee didn't close the lid properly, spilling it on my hand. Instead of saying "I'm sorry" or "Are you okay?", the young, black female employee just rudely looked down at me. If there's a McDonald's in hell, this is it.
How in the world do you charge 10 bucks and not even put meat in the sandwich. I mean I get it it's a fastfood joint but really come on its McDonald's how hard can it be to make a burger with meat in it. Your not designing the first one it's been out for over 40 years
