The last 4 times I went to McDonald's, they didn't get my order right. Last time, I ordered a 6 piece mcnuggets and only got 4. Of course, I didn't know the order was wrong until I got all the way home. I called several times, and they ignored the phone calls. They were not busy at all.
This is by far the worst service I've gotten at a McDonald's. And that's saying something. It was also NOT busy. Literally was actively ignored from the moment we walked in. Everyone was having to order from the kiosk because even if you tried to get the employees attention, they would either make eye contact then turn their backs or ignore you entirely. The bathroom was nasty not clean and they got are order wrong there trash can was overflowing
Paid for food with app showed receipts and bank statements they refused to refund then told me if I asked again would call cops on me . I contacted pd and they said it was civil then corporate and thankfully lacy will be taken care of
