I usually don’t leave reviews, but this has happened to me twice now at this McDonald’s. I ordered two double Filet-O-Fish sandwiches but when I checked later, I saw that I had only been given one single Filet-O-Fish instead of a double. The first time, I caught it at the counter and made sure they replaced it. The second time, I didn’t realize until the next day when I sat down to eat and saw it was again only a single, not a double. Stopped here on the drive home from RDU Airport. One whole drink dispenser machine (there were 2) was empty, there were just a few napkins and several empty condiment dispensers. They didn't give us one of our sandwiches, which would have been a problem had we gone through the drive through. The guy behind the counter didn't even speak. He just pushed buttons and handed over the food. The only redeeming quality was the food was "fresh" (i.e. not sitting under a heat lamp).

If you go through the drive through after 10 pm it’s a 50/50 shot the workers have closed the store early without permission, and if they didn’t close it several hours early I promise they will make you sit in the drive through for 20-30 minutes while serving nobody at the window. In short, they try and make you as angry as possible so that you leave and they don’t have to serve you, common thing unfortunately.
