The cashier tried to enter my McDonald's code twice and it refused. So she said to drive to next window. The manager said there was nothing she could do about it. But the cashier where you Pickup helped me so much. She deserves to be the manager. She resolved the issue. Thx to her!!!!

I live a few minutes away from this McDonalds. Have been here multiple times. This is a terrible McDonalds. Terrible management and terrible ownership. Worst time is at night. Food is thrown around, cold, sometimes not fully cooked. That is if someone takes your order. You may be stuck at the drive through for 10+ minutes. Then greeted by a rude employee, then given cold food. You’re better off going to the Burger King across the street. Much better food, nicer employees, cleaner store.

Whoever is the night supervisor around 5am is the worst. Just rude for no reason. Find another job because you suck at it. The South Miami McDonald's is terrible

Arrived to get breakfast. Was told would have to wait 20 minutes before any food would be ready. I was the only person inline
