Unacceptable service. I was forced to wait a whopping 15 minutes for a simple order: a Double Cheeseburger, small fries, and a Cloud Coffee. Because of their incredibly slow service, I missed my bus. To make matters worse, the "Cloud Coffee" they served me was sickeningly sweet and tasted distinctively like strawberry. When I complained, "This is way too sweet! Employees are very friendly and nice.
What is the point of table service if you guys can’t even serve your customers as per they opt in. I put a table service and 5 people are talking and chilling at the back and they couldn’t even give our order for table service. This is not a first time this thing happened, many times I put in table service but these people just leave my order in that window. Completely understandable when they are super packed, we understand the situation too but barely they had any order. Such a poor customer service.
