Ordered a black medium iced coffee from this McDonald's located below Walmart. The girl working there filled the cup 3/4 full of ice. I told her there's way too much ice in here. She said I should've ordered light ice. I said, this isn't even normal ice standard. I asked if she could remake it and she poured out most of the ice and added more ice coffee but there ice coffee was so light in color I didn't want to complain anymore and decided to just take it as it was. I visited this McDonald’s usually on weekends and always had an excellent experience. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I especially want to mention the lady manager on duty—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made my visit even better. Great job to the whole team!🌟🌟
First and last time for this location. Surprised it has 3 stars. Horrible experience. The cashier (Julius) was rude and dismissive. Didn’t listen (missed parts of the order that were said) I had to go back in line to reorder what was missed. The fries were so gross. Brown, soggy and tasted like fish. Not one employee was friendly or happy. It was disorganized and filthy. Changing a garbage right in front of customer behind the till. Save yourself a trip and head to a proper location not one affiliated with Walmart.
