Went for breakfast and they got my order wrong and when I went back up, the manager and workers sat there arguing with me in the drive thru window about who got the order wrong, apparently it was my fault for telling them the wrong thing not their fault for not hearing me incorrectly. After some back and forth I finally asked for a refund and then they decided that they will remake it correctly instead of refunding me. Won’t be back here, very disappointed.

It’s McDonald’s you know what you came for. Quick bite, low expectations, and if the fries hot, it’s a W. Service was cool, nothing extra. Atmosphere? Standard. Ain’t a vibe, but it ain’t supposed to be. You pull up, get what you need, and keep it moving. Louie K’s Up verified.
Horrible Customer Service at this location. All associates including manager, were to busy to acknowledge Customers standing directly in front of cash register. Go to Chick-fil-a next door to get the wonderful Customer Service.
