This place has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. I order online like they pester you to do. And now 5 times this year the order has pulled money from my account I go in and they give me no food. This is ridiculous. I eventually go in and get my food after finally proving that I've paid for it with multiple bank statements and they say "oh well order again" do not give this place any patronage
A very concerning incident occurred. A customer came in asking for her order remade after they gave it to the wrong car and tried to give it to her after the other people opened it. Thats disgusting and horrible training that they would even try that, but then she had to argue with the workers for 20 minutes to even get it remade for her. They showed her attitude and were talking trash about her when she left. Cold burger. They filled the drink cup to the top with ice. I couldn’t even get my straw inserted it was too full. I would appreciate my drink with a little bit of ice….
