They have started locking their doors 15-30 minutes earlier than their hours state on the doors and it always takes 15-30 minutes to get through their drive thru. It's literally the worst McDonald's to go to in all of North Carolina.
The double drive thru is really messed up and one lane randomly freezes up for 15 minutes if you choose poorly.
They wouldn't wait on me on the outside line they let five people go in front of me and then lied to me about the people didn't know what they wanted when I done seen five people go through the drive-thru Someone should just shut down all the McDonald's in Kinston North Carolina
Unusually long wait in drive through. They never have enough people working.
