Worst experience ever. Got the order wrong and was rude about it. They said if I didn't make it back in before breakfast was over there was nothing they can do. That's not good customer service
Too expensive
I have had to bad experiences within a month. 1st was the manager with red curly hair wiped her nose on her hand and still kept touching orders without washing and we told the drive thru guy to have her wash her hands and he said he couldn't because she would yell at him. 2nd was I ordered a coffee through the drive thru and the other manager shorter guy with yellow vest on gave my coffee to the car infront of me and they gave him the coffee back and instead of making a new one because of the contamination, they proceeded to... read more
I was in the drive thru this morning approx. 7:55 AM. Only 5 cars in front of me, 3 had already ordered. It took 11 minutes just to place my order. The male person that took my order had the worse ancient. I decided not to purchase anything after all. I'll never go there again. This place is terrible
