This McDonald's has the worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of seeing in action and talking to. It took them over 1/2 hour to get a mobile order ready. In this time I witnessed the manager refuse to help a person that was missing items from a drive threw order she even called the police on the guy. Don't ever go to the plumb ln store.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 McChicken sandwiches but was only given 1. I also ordered a 10-piece nugget, but only received 6 pieces even though I was charged for the full 10-piece order. I was very clear when placing my order, so it was frustrating to receive an incomplete order and still be charged for items I didn’t receive. Please double-check orders before handing them out, because customers expect to get exactly what they paid for.
I hate to say it but I'm done with this location and probably done with the chain all together. This is the third time in the last month that my order from ordering to having it took over 15 minutes at a fast food restaurant. I've run full service restaurants for over 20 years and I would tell you that there are a lot of restaurants in the full service environment that can can be 15 minutes from order to handing you food. Probably the better of the local McDs... Definitely superior to Keystone and Mae Anne... but that's not a high bar to jump...
