On April 11, 2025 at 10:27 am i visted in drive thru. I wanted to buy fries only. When one filipino lady ask me that if I wanted to earn points or not so i gave code from my app. But just after that she told me that we don't have fries. So i pulled out from drive thru and walk away. I got charged $29 from that visit and store doesn't give me any resolution. I contacted head office and waiting for resolution.
