Ordered for eat in, food was dry and the cheese not melted. Fries were barely warm. This location was definitely serving old food that was near to it's throw out time. The modified burger was old and the unmodified one was fresh.
you can turn your head in any direction and see filth! fly eggs all over the signage and other surface grime all over to the point where i didnt even want to tap my card on the visably dirty debt machine. in my opinion this location should shutdown for a day or two and have a proper sanitation of the whole restaurant for the customers they "value"
Excellent customer service today from Ashkan, I didn’t know what I was doing attempting to work the McDonalds app, Ashkan was very patient and helped me navigate the app, even when I kept pushing buttons he would smile and fix it for me. I wasn’t in a very good mood today but I am now, Thanks Ashkan for being patient with me today, old school customer service, I really appreciated that! A+
