Had a sharp piece of metal in my McChicken patty probably from when the chicken itself was being ground up and made off site at a food processing plant then got distributed to this McDonald's if I could give a zero on my review I would...don't go here I repeat don't go here
Got a double cheeseburger.. Staff was very unkind and made me wait a very long time for it. I usually don't write negative reviews, but it was so appalling, I needed to write this down before I drove myself crazy. Jesus christ. Even the burger itself was cold.
This location has had me frustrated on more than one occasion! Both going through the drive through! First was when ordering a hot coffee and had me waiting a solid 3 min and then when they handed to me it was almost ice cold! The second is ordering another coffee and they had me pull around to the parking spot to wait for it and I ended up waiting for a good 10 min just for a coffee . Loud kids in there who were cussing. Employee at the front counter was on her phone and didn't do anything at all. Drink counters were super gross and hadn't even been cleaned. Lady ahead of me complained about the play area being dirty and gross as well. Employees up front were rude and ONLY SPOKE SPANISH to each other.
