I had a very stressful and frustrating experience with an employee on Wednesday, December 17, around 6am. She was rude, inattentive, and repeatedly refused to give me my order, even though I had already paid. It was honestly unbelievable. She ignored me and other customers for long periods while laughing and talking in Spanish with coworkers and select customers, instead of doing her job.
