The parking lot was awkward and it was just way to busy it was crowded
En este establecimiento de comida rápida... se encuentra el supuesto manager Augusto, quien no realiza el mantenimiento pertinente a las maquinas para que procesen el recibo de la orden realizada y luego indica que la orden no llego (insistiendo en los mismo aun mirando la orden en el app y el pago afectuado) INEFICIENTE que prefiere poner en entre dicho la veracidad del cliente y no la ineptitud de èl al momento de prepara las ordenes en tiempo de rush en el establecimiento.
Incompetent non english speaking staff that can’t do the simplest of tasks like provide a straw with your drink or they give you ice when order specifies no ice, some people have sensitive fillings and can’t have ice. clearly they can’t read or speak basic anything. Three times had to ask same lady for manager, I miss the good old days where employees would understand basic english & had basic common sense and people skills. i’m sorry isn’t good enough, do better
Blood on straw wrapper. Called store and got hung up on without an explanation three times. Will be pursuing this.
