Terrible customer service. Atmosphere cold, machine-like functionality. Way too expensive for the food quality.
They were very fast, and everything was really fresh.

I just recently started working in the area and have come to the McDonalds in Reading very frequently the past couple of days, and have been nothing but pleased. The team here is overly-friendly and greeted me upon walking in and leaving the store. Enrique personally took my order on multiple occasions, going above and beyond to satisfy all my requests and truly make me feel like a valued customer. 10/10 overall, and I will definitely be back for Enrique and this crew!
