Terrible service. Imagine being this greedy and desperate for money as a franchise owner. Why are you delivering and taking orders going to Cambridge, Lowell, Newbury Port, etc. Service is slow, local and in store customers are ignored, yet I get 20 different orders from here going to Cambridge, Lynn, Bedford, Chelmsford, Lowell, Methuen, etc. Sorry they cant help you or serve you here, they have to make a happy meal for a guy in Worcester with a $3 tip.

This is by far the worst I've been to. I went Monday night, just out working 12 hours, I didn't even notice the sign that said the Grinch Meals sold out, I ordered 10 piece nugget grinch meal, again not noticing the sign, she said No, I said no, then I saw the sign, I said ok, could I have a 6 piece nugget and large diet coke, she said No, I said are you sold out of nuggets, she said no! I've been to many McDonald's, this place is clean, the bathroom smells good and the service is friendly.

AVOID THIS MCDONALDS OUT OF PRINCIPLE. The audacity to charge for sauces when McDonald’s has already overpriced their items is downright insulting to the average consumer. McDonalds was a place for cheap fast food and now it cost more than actual restaurants. AVOID!!!!!!!!
