I ordered through Uber and the order was perfect! The food was still warm and it was packed neatly.
I went to the drive thru around 3:30am with one of my frnds. Firstly, the lady who was taking my order was very rude, when we went to the window she just said she can’t serve the food and didn’t give us any reason and she closed the window on our face. I know sometimes we have to reboot the system or idk may be there system was loading for the next day but this is not the way to talk to the guest. Really disappointing.
Went thru drive thru paying customer, on scooter and wasn’t told we weren’t allowed. Got shammed for doing so, then given glares and dirty looks by staff
