So I used my points I've been saving, so feel bad for complaining however this experience was by far the worst paying or not. Used my points for a free big Mac, mind you sometimes I don't even want mcdonalds but I figure might as well and I earn the points. I finally had enough points to earn "top tier" items. Food was fast and hot. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Great stop.
Couldn't find a single table cleaned off. Floors were a mess. The bathrooms were so filthy and there were puddles on the floor. The kids play area was so dirty my kids hands were black after being in there for 5 minutes. By far the worst mc donalds ive ever been to. Food was cold and flavorless. None of their hand sanitizer dispensers had sanitizer in it.

Been coming here for years. Ever since they put in that "3rd window" I've literally never just gotten my food. There just trying to cut down on ticket times by sending people to down the line or making people pull into curbside pickup. Sounds like extremely poor management skills. Especially if im the only one in line and they still ask me to go to the last window...
