This is by far the worst McDonald’s location in Raleigh. If your order isn’t correct, they just will not have the item that you specifically want off the menu. Also they never have two things that match (nuggets no sauce, creamer no coffee ) McDonald’s is known for their ice cream but their ice cream machine never works, I wanted a Frappe (we don’t have those at the time) when will you have it ? Food was fine, standard what you get from McDonalds. Dining room floors were a little dirty and a lot sticky. I waited forever at the counter to place my order, seems all the focus was on mobile orders and drive thru. People saw me but no one stoped to help me. Weird too that there are no napkins/salt/pepper or plastic ware available. You have to ask for everything (which is a problem when no one is manning the counter) Sanitary score is high, 99.
