This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE!!! I went today and ordered a fish filet meal and the fish was extremely dry as if it had been sitting for 2 days! The cashier barely could speak English and walked away several times as I was trying to finish my order. The wait time for my food should have been worth my wild but it was NOT! And I tried to get through to them through the phone that was a total FAIL. I’m so disappointed in this particular one because I never had that kind of service before

The customer service was honestly horrible. The workers were extremely rude, disrespectful, and seemed very bothered by customers. I understand that it can get busy and stressful, but there is absolutely no reason to treat customers poorly. The food was alright, but the experience with the staff really ruined the visit. The short Hispanic woman was especially rude, and the tall male employee was on his phone while taking our order and clearly wasn’t paying attention. Good atmosphere for families, friends and solo persons too. The food fresh and tasty. They also have good deals on their app.
