I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's late last night. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick up a Derby chocolate ice cream. The wait time was already quite long, but the bigger issue was the service. At the second window, the employee kept repeating “no chocolate ice cream” multiple times without any explanation or offering alternatives. This store is managed crappy. They have drive thur pull up parking spots but yet I sat in drive thru with 2 cars in front of me no movement for 10 minutes. 1 cup of coffee not worth it.

I'll never come to this location ever again. My fries were cool to the touch and they have really poor customer service. Don't waste your time. Please drive right by it, as it's not worth the trouble

Food was slow to come out, but it was Hot. The staff were not friendly The atmosphere is terrible. They barely offer a place to sit down. This is not like many of the McDonald's I'm used to that have a nice place to sit, offer WiFi & a place to charge your phone. We stopped in for a bite to eat & to look at few things up on my laptop. This McDonald's is Definitely not the place for that!
