Took 35 minutes to get 2 mcflurry through skip
Simple order of nuggets and fries. Person taking order couldn’t hear me and didn’t the order right. After say what I wanted Pretty sure they gave away my order to someone else. They sent me to another window and then after waiting tried to give me someone else’s order. Had to ask me again what my order was Disappointing as I could no longer eat my order because lunch break was over by the time order arrived. Order was cold!
While this is a great location, the dining room is uncomfortably COLD. It’s as though the heat is turned down way too low or for some reason the AC is on in the winter. Even with a winter coat, it’s uncomfortable. It also cools off the food really fast so it’s hard to know if the food was warm when I got it or not. Honestly it would be a top location without this issue. Staff is wonderful, it’s generally pretty clean (until the teenagers show up), and it has fast service. My only complaint is the heat.
