Dianne seems to be the only one who can functionally run this place. She never makes anyone wait more then 10 minutes because hashbrowns are already in the fryer. The other dude who's a store manager doesnt have anything prepared looks like hes running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I waited 15 minutes and decided to get a refund. Workers loudly chat in Punjabi. It disturbed my dinner experience. Please discipline your staff. This is Canada, not India or panustan.
Went in Sunday June 1st at 1:45pm hoping to get a quick meal, there was 1 person in front of me, the worker took her order and then I waited at least 5 minutes and nobody took my order so I left. The manager stood in the back watching the workers work but couldn't be bothered to help despite clearly seeing me standing there waiting to be helped. Won't be coming back to this store.
