I had such a great experience at McDonald’s today. I accidentally dropped my soft serve. The cashier (Nanki🤍) was incredibly kind, polite, and hardworking. She handled everything so professionally and with such a positive attitude. You can truly see how dedicated she is to her job. Thank you for the wonderful service Nanki..!!

Despite this, the service took far longer than expected. What was most disappointing was that one staff member was on a phone call and did not seem attentive to the customers waiting. This significantly affected the service experience.
