I don't expect a lot from McDonalds, but today was literally the worst experience I've ever had. Decided a quick pickup (curbside) for dinner would be good. The order wasn't large by any means, nuggets, 2 sandwiches, fries, kids meal.. Waiting waiting, been about 15 minutes, nobody running anything out... 20 minutes and he goes in, comes out empty handed and says he was told they're just waiting on a couple things. I have to say the employee energy has really made a big turn around for the better! I was getting my food 10/13 @ 8:30pm and regardless of the high volume of customers during this time and having to pull forward the employees appeared to be in great spirits..
