Bad service
I walked over to enjoy a moment with a cup of coffee. I asked for more sugar, someone asked who was she getting sugar for? She said, "Some black lady". Excuse me?? All of that was needed to provide 4 sugars to a paying customer?? Yep, you've lost my business for sure
The manager Upekag is very rude and unhelpful. I drove all the way there on my 15 minute break to grab a breakfast order that I paid for BEFORE breakfast closed. She tell me my order was cancelled and I have to wait till today or tomorrow to get my money back. So unprofessional and unfair driving all the way there to return to work empty handed. Now I have to wait three hours just to eat something! HORRIBLE MANAGER.
