We went through drive through on Saturday night and the person that took our order was very rude he wouldn't give us time to complete the order and I order the big arch I don't know if they didn't want to cook it or what but he was rude and said we don't have anymore quarter pounders choose something else we ask what was available and he started naming stuff rudely. One of the combos were missing on my takeout order. I did not realize it until I got home. Contacted them online and received an apology email but they refuse to give me a refund for the missing combo worth almost $10. So they basically stole $10 from a senior citizen. Update: They responded to my review below and said to contact them, but I had already contacted them tried to resolve it before I submitted this review. I waited two weeks for a response.
