My husband and I stopped by about 10:00 am today. He wanting to grab coffee, and while waiting for it, asked to use the restroom. The manager rudely just said “no” and walked away. I know this location is typically pretty good with customer service, but there is no reason to be rude to your paying customers.
The cashier was very friendly and the food was great.
They did it again. I order UNsweet tea and I get SWEETtea.
