Everytime something is wrong. This time they gave food to someone else and then messed order up. Then messed up the remake of the remake. latest Horrible 4/14/26 ordered breakfast on app.. order of biscuits and gravy was wrong size and had almost no gravy... manager rude as hell.... never again last time at this location!!!!!
We ate at this location Wednesday night. Sat in the drive thru with no one else around for 7 minutes. Drove around the building. Lady at first window, which I think was taking orders, she had a headset on was hanging out the window chatting with a car. We drove around and got back in line. There was no one else in the drive thru again. The food was so cold, the cheese wasn't even melted on our double cheese burgers. Fries were barely warm. I get it, working with the public isn't great. But if you can't be nice then get another job. Also order isn't right 80% of the time. And it's frustrating. Just do better!!
