I was able to get Shamrock shakes and McFlurries the last time I went, a couple days ago. I don't think their ice cream machine is broken very often.
BLONDE AT 1ST WINDOW! I can deal with my food coming out wrong or subpar. What I can't deal with is indecency. Not just to me, but also to a poor old man in front of me that didn't order something exactly right. I could hear her basically yelling from the other order line, "WHAT?! WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! Extremely rude, sarcastic, disrespectful, all of the above. On top of being rude, she did in fact screw up both of our orders because she simply wasn't listening or just cut us off.
