They couldn't even be bothered to tell me that I needed to wait in line; instead, they just told me my order wasn't ready and refused to hand it over unless I went through the drive-thru window.

This location is a joke. Waiting over 20 minutes for an online order that isn’t even in their system despite having an email receipt and the charge on my card. Just avoid this restaurant at all costs, it’s clear they don’t care to provide ‘fast’ service at all.
