Terrible customer service , Heidi was extremely rude when I was asking about the were the rest of my order was , proceeded to tell me it’s in the bag and rushed me out of line . Never received my 20 piece chicken nugget . Rude rushy and wrong . Do better it’s good not rocket science
Atmosphere has decreased but substantially has increased in product quality & efficiency.Cleanliness has severely decreased also upon recent visit
THIS DRIVE THRU IS SOOOO SLOOOOW....This location REFUSES TO IMPROVE. You order on the app...then you wait 25-30 minutes in the drive thru...by the time you get your food its soggy and cold ..One star for that...and here we are 6 years later STILL SLOW after countless complaints being unresolved.
