Had a really bad experience with a drive through employees and manager where they messed up my order. And gave me something completely different that I couldn't eat and was allergic to and did not get a refund after. I explaining to them that they had my order wrong many times and received such an attitude from the employee that took my order from the time I order to the to the moment I confronted them about my order being wrong.
I was waiting at the counter for my order when someone called it out. However, she didn’t seem to notice me and walked away while on her phone. As a result, I had to wait another 10 minutes, and none of the other staff members checked with me, even though I was the only person at the counter.
Drive thru is always a 30-45min wait at any point in time after 10pm
for one cheeseburger i waited 40mn
