Ordered a small cone in drive through, order was accepted, waited 23 minutes, was told machine was broken. Not offered any apology for wasting my lunch break.
No condiments on none of the food nothing was hot even with the 30 min wait
There are some McD’s that are better than others. A very few are really good - food served that looks like the pictures, and service that is spot on. And the one in Williamston is just very inconsistent. I refuse to go for a year or more, then I try it out of convenience and they get it right, a couple times/weeks. The food is at least (McD’s scale) average, occasionally above average. Cant get an order right to save their life. One start is generous. Food is rarely ever fresh, barely like warm. I'll not order for a while and then decide to give them another chance and it's the same every time. You would think it's rocket science. Nobody has money to waste these days but that's what you'll be doing by spending it here.
